Seeking a reliable *Weekend RN Supervisor* for a skilled nursing facility in Socorro, NM. This part-time role involves providing clinical leadership during weekend shifts (Saturday & Sunday), overseeing nursing staff, ensuring high-quality resident care, and maintaining regulatory compliance. Key responsibilities include supervising LPNs and CNAs, monitoring resident conditions, managing medication and documentation, and addressing operational issues in real time. The ideal candidate holds a current RN license in New Mexico, with prior supervisory or long-term care experience preferred, along with strong assessment and leadership skills. We offer a competitive pay rate ($35-$45/hour), weekend pay differential, a stable schedule, and a supportive team environment.
