Join a dedicated NICU team in Bend, Oregon, as a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP) or Physician Assistant (PA) in a Level III NICU setting.
Lead neonatal resuscitations and provide expert care for term and preterm infants. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including neonatologists, nurses, and respiratory therapists. Utilize advanced skills in procedures like intubation, line placement, and ventilator management. Engage in continuous learning, quality initiatives, and mentoring. Work a flexible schedule with day and night shifts, structured handoffs, and no formal call. Require at least 2 years of NICU experience, certification as an NNP or PA, and strong procedural skills.
