Job Description

We are seeking a reliable Weekend RN Supervisor to provide clinical leadership during weekend shifts at a long-term care facility in Socorro, NM.

  • Provide supervision and support to nursing staff, ensuring safe, high-quality resident care in compliance with regulations.
  • Oversee daily operations, monitor resident conditions, and communicate with healthcare providers as needed.
  • Manage medication practices, documentation, infection control, and staffing issues in real time.
  • Act as the clinical decision-maker and promote teamwork and professionalism during weekend hours.

    • Qualifications include an active RN license in NM, with preferred supervisory or long-term care experience. Strong assessment and leadership skills are essential.
