Physician Assistant/Nurse Practitioner

Seeking an Advanced Practitioner to support nephrology patients at our Newton location.

Responsibilities include managing CKD patients, performing assessments, developing care plans, and providing patient education. The role may involve dialysis rounding, hospital visits, and occasional weekend on-call duties.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree and completion of an accredited PA or NP program
• National certification (NCCPA or AANPCB) and NJ licensure
• DEA license and at least 2 years of clinical experience
• Preferred experience with CKD/end-stage kidney disease patients
