Job Description

The Home is seeking an LPN to serve as Director of Resident Care Services in our Personal Care Home facility.

This role involves assisting the Administrator with daily operations, responding to staff inquiries, managing scheduling concerns, and providing support to residents and their families as needed.

Educational and experience requirements include:

  • Current State Practical Nurse License
  • At least one (1) year of experience in a long-term care setting
  • CPR certification
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English
  • Ability to follow oral and written instructions
  • Capability to attend the Personal Care Home Administrator Course
  • Ability to participate in the Medication Train the Trainer Course
