Job Description
Provides outpatient individual, couples, and group psychotherapy with a trauma-informed approach for youth and adults.
Conducts assessments, develops treatment plans, and responds to client crises while collaborating with case managers.
Ensures accurate documentation in electronic records, participates in staff meetings, trainings, community outreach, and promotes excellent client service.
Requires LMHC or LMSW license, understanding of social determinants of health, trauma-informed care, and professionalism. Strong communication, organization, and crisis management skills are essential.
Preferred qualifications include active NM licenses (LPCC, LCSW/LISW, LMFT), bilingual in Spanish and English, and experience with at-risk immigrant populations and crime victims.
Offers a salary of $55,000-$75,000/year with benefits such as health, dental, vision insurance, paid time off, parental leave, professional development, and retirement plan.
Work is in-person with occasional evening/weekend hours.
