Seeking a Speech Language Pathologist to provide in-home assessments and personalized treatment for communication, cognition, and swallowing.

Responsibilities include interpreting prescriptions, conducting thorough evaluations, developing evidence-based care plans, and educating patients and caregivers.

Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and document all interactions in compliance with regulations.

Qualifications: Master’s degree, CCC or CFY, NY State licensure, CPR certification; experience with dysphagia and neurogenic disorders preferred.
