Join a compassionate treatment team as a clinician dedicated to supporting young adults through mental health challenges and fostering independence, resilience, and stability.

  • Provide individual, family, and group therapy using evidence-based, trauma-informed approaches.
  • Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.

  • Model professionalism and healthy boundaries for residents.

  • Qualifications include a Master’s degree in a related field, Vermont licensure or eligibility, and experience with trauma-impacted populations. Strong communication and a commitment to professional growth are essential.
