Job Description

This position involves administrative, supervisory, and direct service responsibilities within a recovery-focused program.

• Administrative: Coordinate program components, assist in operations in absence of the Program Supervisor, and develop treatment plans during weekly clinical team meetings.
• Supervisory: Provide clinical supervision to direct care staff and foster leadership within the team.
• Direct Service: Conduct resident intakes, provide individual and group therapy, facilitate recovery support groups, and promote a safe recovery environment. Utilize evidence-based practices like motivational interviewing and CBT.

The role reports to the Program Director and requires a Master’s degree in a related field or LADC1 certification, with experience in substance abuse and mental health services. Skills include strong leadership, organization, communication, and computer proficiency.
