Forensic Pathologist

Job Description

We are seeking a board-certified or eligible forensic pathologist to serve counties in northern California, primarily in Napa Valley and Santa Rosa. This full-time, hybrid role involves performing autopsies on decedents of all ages, including complex cases, with flexibility to work remotely. Responsibilities include completing autopsies efficiently, preparing reports within specified timeframes, and providing expert court testimony. Collaboration with law enforcement and death investigation teams across counties is essential. Requirements include a medical degree, valid California medical license, and strong communication skills.
