We are seeking an orthopedic surgeon as a 1099 independent contractor to provide on-site care at our location. This contract role complements your current practice, involving treating patients during a 4-hour weekly or biweekly shift. Our specialists manage complex medical cases, facilitate return to work, and collaborate with other providers to deliver non-surgical and surgical care for work-related injuries. You will also engage with employers and participate in case management.

Responsibilities include flexible scheduling, typically half a day weekly or biweekly, with compensation based on a revenue share model. Candidates should have experience with work-related injuries, valid licensure, board certification or eligibility in Orthopedic Surgery, and malpractice insurance.
