Job Description
We are hiring a Board Certified Family Medicine Physician licensed in Missouri (MD or DO) for our Direct Primary Care (DPC) practice to develop their own patient panel.
The ideal candidate is self-motivated, organized, and committed to providing exceptional, relationship-based care to 800-900 patients as their panel grows.
This is a well-established, membership-based, insurance-free primary care clinic with a positive work environment.
Full-time hours are Monday-Friday, 8:30-4:00, with minimal evening and weekend call.
Salary starts at $85,000 and increases with patient panel growth, potentially up to $255,000 annually.
Work commitment will progress from part-time to full-time as panels grow.
