Job Description
This full-time physician role offers a rotating 3/4 schedule, $115–$140/hour, and comprehensive benefits. The clinic-based position involves providing direct patient care in a high-volume urgent care setting, managing a full patient panel independently. Clinical duties include evaluating, diagnosing, treating acute conditions, performing procedures like laceration repairs and fracture management, ordering diagnostics, prescribing medications, and patient education. The environment features fully equipped clinics, established workflows, and an average of 3–4 patients per hour, with no on-call duties. Candidates must be licensed MD/DO in Alabama, board certified or eligible, with active DEA registration and current BLS/ACLS certifications. Experience in urgent care or emergency medicine is preferred.
