The hospital features a large NICU and Level IV trauma center, managing over 4,000 pediatric cases annually across various specialties, with opportunities to maintain adult skills. Responsibilities include pre-op evaluations, anesthesia management, pain control, and family communication. The schedule offers flexibility, averaging 1-2 call days per week with minimal overnight shifts. Compensation ranges from $550,000-$600,000, plus bonuses, benefits, malpractice coverage, and relocation assistance. Candidates must have an MD/DO, completed or in-progress pediatric fellowship, and board certification or eligibility.
