Job Description

We are seeking a Board Certified Family Medicine Physician licensed in Missouri (MD or DO) to join our Direct Primary Care (DPC) practice and build their own patient panel.

  • Ideal candidates are self-motivated, organized, and capable of providing exceptional, relationship-based care to 800-900 patients as their panel grows.
  • The clinic is a well-established, membership-based, insurance-free primary care practice with a positive work environment.
  • Full-time hours are Monday-Friday, 8:30-4:00, with minimal evening and weekend call.
  • Compensation starts at $85,000, increasing with patient panel growth, potentially up to $255,000 annually.
  • Benefits include vacation, holidays, medical, dental, retirement, and 401(k) with matching.
  • Work location is in person, with a focus on personal patient care and practice growth over time.
  • Requires Doctorate degree and valid Medical License.
