Job Description
We are seeking a compassionate Licensed Student Counselor to join our mental health team.
Provide individual and group counseling, assessments, and referrals for students facing academic or personal challenges. Conduct initial consultations, diagnosis, and treatment planning, including crisis intervention and outreach activities. Maintain confidential records and participate in clinical supervision, staff meetings, and professional development. Assist with prevention, psychoeducation, and campus outreach, sometimes after hours. Qualifications include a Master’s degree and Nebraska licensure as a mental health practitioner.
Compensation ranges from $49,462 to $61,827 annually, with benefits such as health and dental insurance, paid time off, and tuition reimbursement.
Work is in person.
