Job Description

We are seeking a full-time, Board Certified/Eligible Family Medicine or Med/Peds physician to serve as a primary care provider in a community health center with over 50 years of service in Boston’s Dorchester and Roxbury areas.

The role involves providing comprehensive medical care across all ages, diagnosing and treating common and chronic conditions, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team. Extended hours, including some evenings and weekends, are required, with on-call duties shared among providers. No inpatient hospital work is involved.

Qualifications include an MD with a three-year residency in Family Medicine, current licenses, and board eligibility/certification. Bilingual skills (Spanish, Portuguese, Haitian Creole) and experience with diverse populations are highly desirable.
