Job Description

Join the California Orthopaedics Association Conference from April 16–18 and visit booth #70.

We invite orthopedic surgeons to participate as independent contractors, providing on-site care during 4-hour weekly or biweekly shifts.

Responsibilities include managing complex patients, facilitating return to work, and collaborating with medical teams for both surgical and non-surgical treatments of orthopedic and neuromusculoskeletal injuries. Active case management and communication with employers are essential.

Qualifications include licensure in the state, board certification or eligibility in orthopedic surgery, experience with work-related injuries preferred, and malpractice insurance coverage.

This flexible, contract role offers revenue-share compensation and is designed to complement existing practices.
