Urgent Care Physician (MD/DO) – Stopwatch Urgent Care, Auburn AL

Seeking a full-time Urgent Care Physician at our Auburn clinic, a vibrant college city in Alabama.

Expect a rotating 3-4 shift schedule (three 12-hour shifts one week, four the next), with competitive pay, no on-call duties, and a top-ranked benefits package.

As the primary onsite physician, you’ll independently manage acute and episodic conditions, perform procedures like laceration repairs, and interpret diagnostic tests. Support includes established protocols, a dedicated team, and access to clinical leadership.

Clinic features include on-site diagnostics, efficient workflows, and a patient volume of 3-4 per hour. Schedule includes weekends, with shifts published in advance and opportunities for extra hours with overtime pay.

Compensation ranges from $115-$140/hour, plus incentives, signing, and relocation bonuses. Benefits cover insurance, 401(k), student loan assistance, PTO, CME allowance, and more.

Requirements include Alabama licensure, board certification/eligibility, and current BLS/ACLS. Preferred experience in urgent care, emergency, or primary care.
