Join a well-established, physician-led anesthesia group serving three hospitals in Southern California’s Temecula Valley, offering a diverse case mix and a culture of clinician autonomy.
Practice across a 140-bed tertiary center, community hospitals, and a new Level II trauma center, with facilities including multiple ORs, hybrid rooms, and specialized programs (cardiac, orthopedics, neuro, GI, urology, obstetrics, and more).
Enjoy a wide range of anesthesia subspecialties, from cardiac to neuro, GI, vascular, and robotic surgeries, providing clinical depth and variety.

Qualifications include MD/DO, completed ACGME residency, board certification or eligibility, and active California medical license; fellowship training is a plus.
Compensation ranges from $250 to $330/hour, with sign-on and relocation bonuses, flexible in-person work, and benefits including relocation assistance. Public Service Loan Forgiveness eligibility is available.
