We are seeking an orthopedic surgeon as a 1099 independent contractor to provide on-site care for approximately 4-hour shifts weekly or biweekly. The role involves managing complex patients, facilitating return to work, and collaborating with medical teams on non-surgical and surgical treatments for work-related injuries.

Responsibilities include flexible scheduling, case management, and communication with employers. Qualifications include experience with work injuries, state licensure, MD or DO degree, unrestricted DEA license, and board certification or eligibility in Orthopedic Surgery. Must have medical malpractice insurance.
