Urgent Care Physician (MD/DO) – Stopwatch Urgent Care, Phenix City AL

Job Description

Seeking a full-time Urgent Care Physician at our Phenix City clinic on the Alabama-Georgia border.

Expect a rotating 3-4 schedule (three 12-hour shifts one week, four the next), with competitive pay, no on-call duties, and a top-rated benefits package.

You will manage acute and episodic patient care independently, supported by clinical protocols, a dedicated team, and access to leadership.

Responsibilities include diagnosing and treating conditions, performing procedures like laceration repairs and splinting, ordering tests, prescribing medications, and patient education.

The clinic is fully equipped with diagnostics and electronic medical records, supporting efficient workflows with an average of 3-4 patients per hour.

Qualifications include licensure in Alabama, certification in Family, Emergency, or Internal Medicine, and BLS/ACLS. Preferred experience in urgent care or emergency medicine.
