Urgent Care Physician (MD/DO) – Stopwatch Urgent Care, Auburn AL

Job Description

Seeking a full-time Urgent Care Physician for a vibrant Auburn clinic in east-central Alabama.

Expect a rotating 3-4 schedule (three 12-hour shifts one week, four the next), competitive pay ($115-$140/hr), no on-call, and top-rated benefits.

As the primary on-site physician, you’ll manage acute and episodic care independently, supported by clinical protocols, a dedicated team, and leadership access.

Responsibilities include evaluating, diagnosing, and treating patients with urgent conditions, performing procedures, ordering tests, prescribing medications, and educating patients.

The environment supports thorough evaluation with an average of 3-4 patients/hour, equipped with diagnostics and EMR.

Qualifications include MD or DO licensure in Alabama, board certification or eligibility, BLS/ACLS, and preferred urgent care or emergency medicine experience.
