Job Description

Seeking a part-time Clinician (Therapist) for a new behavioral health program.

_This role is mobile initially, providing community-based assessment, crisis intervention, diagnosis, therapy, and case management, with a transition to a clinic setting after facility renovations._

Qualifications include licensure by the Nebraska Counseling Licensure Board or Board of Psychology, a valid Nebraska driver’s license, and preferably 2+ years of experience.

Skills required are adaptability to mobile services, strong engagement, organization, and communication abilities.

Responsibilities involve conducting assessments, providing therapy (individual, family, group), crisis response, developing treatment plans, and collaborating with community partners.

This innovative initiative offers the chance to help build a program from the ground up, with services initially delivered via a mobile unit to meet community needs.
