Join a well-established, physician-led anesthesia group serving three hospitals in Southern California’s Temecula Valley, offering diverse case types and clinician autonomy.

Our facilities include a 140-bed tertiary hospital with cardiac, orthopaedic, and GI programs; a high-volume community hospital with L&D, women’s health, and robotic surgery; and a new Level II trauma center with seven ORs and neuro services.

Case mix spans cardiac, obstetrics, orthopedics, general surgery, neurosurgery, ENT, plastics, urology, GI, and vascular procedures, providing opportunities for subspecialty focus or breadth.

Candidates must have MD/DO, completed ACGME residency, be board-certified or eligible, and hold or be eligible for California licensure. Fellowship training is a plus.

Compensation ranges from $250-$330/hr, with sign-on and relocation bonuses; benefits include relocation assistance.
