Join a physician-led anesthesia group serving three hospitals in the growing Temecula Valley, Southern California, offering diverse case mixes and clinician autonomy.

Practice at a tertiary center with advanced programs in cardiac, orthopedics, neuro, and GI, along with community hospitals with strong OB, urology, and robotic surgery services. The group covers a wide range of subspecialties, allowing for focused or broad practice.

Candidates must have MD/DO, completed ACGME residency, and be board-certified or eligible, with active California licensure. Fellowship is a plus. Competitive pay ($250-$330/hr), sign-on bonuses, relocation assistance, and flexible work arrangements are available.
