Job Description

Seeking a Physiatrist / Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Specialist as a 1099 independent contractor for a flexible, on-site role. This position involves treating patients for approximately 4 hours weekly or biweekly, focusing on medically complex cases, work-related injuries, and functional restoration.

Responsibilities include collaborating with medical and therapy teams, providing services such as EMGs and NCS, and engaging in case management with employers.

Qualifications include experience with work-related injuries, state licensure, MD or DO degree from an accredited institution, unrestricted DEA license, and board certification or eligibility in PM&R. Malpractice insurance coverage is required.
