The Social Worker / Therapist provides comprehensive assessments, evidence-based clinical care, and individualized aftercare planning for residents in a residential treatment setting addressing addiction and co-occurring mental health disorders.
Leads therapy groups weekly, develops treatment plans, and ensures compliance with licensing standards.
Coordinates care, collaborates with referral sources, and maintains clinical documentation.
Promotes recovery-oriented interventions fostering resident autonomy.
Serves as a clinical resource, participates in supervision, and maintains ongoing professional development.
Requires a master’s-level license (LCSW, LCPC, LMFT, Ph.D., Psy.D.) with experience or credentialing in addiction treatment, active in Maine.
