Job Description
We are seeking a qualified Nurse Practitioner to provide Physical Health Assessments and Compensation & Pension evaluations for Veterans and active-duty military personnel in a clinic setting.
Perform health histories, focused exams, review records, and document findings in accordance with regulations.
Conduct assessments, review diagnostics, and prepare timely, accurate documentation.
Ensure compliance with legal, safety, and confidentiality standards.
Participate in ongoing education, quality improvement, and adapt to operational demands with professionalism.
Minimum qualifications include an accredited nursing program, current RN and NP licensure, and preferred two years of related experience.
