We are seeking an orthopedic surgeon as a 1099 independent contractor to provide on-site care during 4-hour weekly or biweekly shifts. The role involves managing complex patients, facilitating return to work, and collaborating with healthcare teams on both surgical and non-surgical treatments for work-related injuries. You will also communicate with employers and participate in case management.

Qualifications include experience with work-related injuries, licensed MD or DO, unrestricted DEA license, and board certification or eligibility in Orthopedic Surgery. The position offers flexible scheduling and revenue share compensation.
