Join an established, physician-led anesthesia group covering three hospitals in Southern California’s Temecula Valley, offering diverse case mixes and a culture emphasizing clinician autonomy.

Our facilities include a 140-bed tertiary center with cardiac, orthopedic, and GI programs; a high-volume community hospital with OB, women’s health, urology, and robotic surgery; and a new Level II trauma center with neuro and orthopedic services.

The group provides a wide range of anesthesia subspecialties, including cardiac, obstetrics, orthopedics, neurosurgery, ENT, plastics, urology, GI, and vascular procedures. The region offers a desirable lifestyle with proximity to San Diego and LA, outdoor recreation, quality schools, affordable housing, and access to wine country.

Candidates must have an MD or DO, completed an ACGME residency, be board-certified or eligible, and hold or be eligible for a California license. Fellowship training is a plus.
