Job Description

This full-time mental health counselor position involves providing outpatient services, assessments, diagnosis, treatment planning, and follow-up for clients with mental health issues.

  • Responsibilities include individual, group, and family counseling, collaboration with community programs, conducting training and prevention activities, and facilitating support groups.
  • Maintains client records per legal and professional standards, utilizes assessment tools, and adheres to privacy laws.
  • Requires a Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related field, and at least 2 years of post-graduate experience with demonstrated counseling skills.
  • Position involves office work, local travel, and potential after-hours work, including on-call duties.
