Speech-Language Pathologist

Job Description

We are seeking a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist to join a student-centered, employee-owned therapeutic school serving students 5-22 and adults with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities in VT.

**Responsibilities:**
– Consult on IEPs, develop speech, language, and literacy goals
– Provide direct instruction in social communication, self-advocacy, reading, and writing
– Supervise SLPAs and support staff
– Manage a small caseload of students
– Collaborate with team members to support student growth

**Qualifications:**
– Master’s in communication sciences & disorders or related field (ASHA approved)
– VT Speech Pathologist license preferred
– Experience with students with significant challenges
– Excellent communication and time management skills
– Valid driver’s license and vehicle required

**Compensation & Benefits:**
– Salary between $70,000–$80,000 (current) and $84,868–$95,412 (2026–2027)
