We are seeking a qualified Nurse Practitioner (Skilled Nursing) to join our team in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) setting.

As a clinical leader, you will collaborate with the care team to oversee residents’ short- and long-term needs, including admissions, discharges, assessments, and care planning. Responsibilities involve evaluating patient conditions, prescribing treatments, and conducting comprehensive assessments.

**Requirements:**

Active Pennsylvania APN licensure and DEA

Previous nursing or clinical experience

Strong communication and teamwork skills

Master’s degree in Nursing
