Join an established, physician-led anesthesia group serving three hospitals in Southern California’s Temecula Valley, offering a diverse case mix and a culture emphasizing clinician autonomy.

  • Temecula Valley Hospital: 140-bed tertiary center with multiple ORs, cardiac, orthopedics, and GI programs.
  • Rancho Springs Hospital: High-volume community center with L&D, women’s health, urology, general surgery, and a strong robotic program.
  • Inland Valley Hospital: Newly opened Level II trauma center with 7 ORs, orthopedics, and neuro services.

    • The group covers a broad range of anesthesia subspecialties, including cardiac, obstetrics, orthopedics, general surgery, neurosurgery, ENT, GI, vascular, and more, offering both specialization and breadth.

    Live in the scenic Temecula Valley—close to San Diego and Los Angeles, with excellent schools, outdoor activities, and affordable housing, plus eligible sites for PSLF.

    Candidates must have an MD or DO, completed an ACGME residency, be board-certified or eligible, and hold or be eligible for a California license. Fellowship training is a plus.

    Compensation ranges from $250-$330/hour with sign-on and relocation bonuses. Benefits include relocation assistance.
