A well-established health organization is seeking a Board-Certified Psychiatrist to serve as Psychiatrist & Medical Director for their inpatient program.

This senior role combines clinical leadership with direct patient care, overseeing psychiatric evaluations, treatment plans, and emergency responses, while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

Provide comprehensive psychiatric assessments and medication management

Lead clinical teams, oversee staffing, and support staff development

Ensure quality improvement, regulatory compliance, and accurate documentation

Participate in interdisciplinary leadership and program development

Qualifications include MD/DO, Board Certification in Psychiatry, active license, and inpatient or residential experience preferred.
