Job Description

Seeking a hand surgeon as a 1099 independent contractor for a part-time on-site role. The position involves treating patients during a 4-hour shift weekly or biweekly, complementing your current practice. Responsibilities include managing complex cases, facilitating return to work, and providing surgical and non-surgical orthopedic care for work-related injuries, in collaboration with medical and therapy teams. The role emphasizes case management and communication with employers, making a meaningful impact on patients’ lives.

Qualifications include experience with work-related injuries, licensure in the state, MD or DO degree from an accredited institution, unrestricted DEA license, and Board Certification or Eligibility in Hand Surgery. Malpractice insurance coverage is required. Compensation is based on a revenue share model.
