Job Description

We are seeking a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist to join a student-centered, employee-owned therapeutic school for students 5-22 and adults with developmental disabilities in Vermont.

  • Provide direct instruction in social communication, literacy, and self-advocacy, and consult on IEPs that focus on the whole child.
  • Develop speech, language, and literacy programming, guide staff implementation, and manage a small caseload.
  • Qualifications include a Master’s degree in communication sciences & disorders, ASHA certification, and preferably a Vermont speech-language endorsement.
  • Must have experience with students with significant challenges, staff supervision skills, and a valid driver’s license.

  • Compensation & Benefits: $84,868–$95,412 annually (including salary plus benefits), with health, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k), paid time off, and more.
