Job Description
Join an established, physician-led anesthesia group serving three hospitals in Southern California’s Temecula Valley, offering a diverse case mix and a culture emphasizing clinician autonomy.
Our facilities include a 140-bed tertiary hospital with cardiac, orthopedic, and GI programs; a high-volume community hospital with obstetrics, women’s health, and robotic surgery; and a brand-new Level II trauma center with advanced neuro and orthopedic services.
Case diversity spans cardiac, obstetrics, orthopedics, neurosurgery, ENT, plastics, urology, GI, vascular, and more, allowing for subspecialty focus or breadth.
The region offers a family-friendly lifestyle with outdoor recreation, excellent schools, and proximity to San Diego and Los Angeles, along with benefits like PSLF eligibility, sign-on and relocation bonuses, and competitive pay ($250-$330/hr).
Candidates should have an MD or DO, completed an ACGME residency, be board-certified or eligible, and hold or be eligible for a California license. Fellowship training is a plus.
