Job Description

The position involves providing outpatient mental health counseling, assessments, diagnosis, and treatment for Tribal Members and the community, with a focus on culturally competent, evidence-based practices.

  • Responsibilities include individual, group, and family therapy, collaboration with community agencies, community education, and supporting recovery groups.
  • Maintains client records according to applicable regulations and works closely with various service providers and legal systems.
  • Requires a Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related field, and a valid license with experience in mental health and family counseling.
  • Position involves office work, local travel, and some outside-hours work; may require on-call duties.
