The Nurse Manager oversees all unit functions, ensuring quality patient care and operational efficiency under the Nurse Director’s guidance.
Coordinates staffing, admissions, and surge plans based on census, acuity, and service needs.Supports staff development through onboarding, certifications, and continuing education.Monitors compliance with regulatory standards and manages resource utilization and costs.Promotes a positive, collaborative environment aligned with ICARE values and service excellence.Works closely with leadership and staff to solve problems, enhance engagement, and maintain high standards of care.Requires at least 3 years of clinical experience, a current RN license, and a Bachelor’s degree preferred.Full-time position at Stonewall Jackson Memorial Hospital, WV, with varied hours.
