Job Description
We are seeking a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist to join a student-centered, cooperative therapeutic school serving students 5-22 and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in Vermont.
Provide direct instruction in social communication, literacy, and self-advocacy, and consult on IEP development, guiding staff and supervising SLPAs. Manage a small caseload, develop speech, language, and literacy goals, and promote real-world skills in a supportive, collaborative environment. Qualifications include a Master’s in communication sciences & disorders, ASHA certification, Vermont licensure preferred, and experience with students with significant challenges. Benefits include salary between $84,868–$95,412 (2026–2027), health/dental/vision insurance, retirement plans, paid time off, and additional perks. Flexibility in hours and possible clinical fellowship supervision are available.
