Orthopedic Surgeon Independent 1099

Job Description

Seeking an orthopedic surgeon as a 1099 independent contractor for a flexible, part-time role. The position involves treating patients on-site for approximately 4 hours weekly or biweekly, complementing your current practice.

Responsibilities include managing medically complex patients, facilitating return to work, and providing surgical or non-surgical orthopedic care. Collaboration with medical and therapy teams and active case management are key aspects.

Qualifications include experience with work-related injuries, state licensure, MD or DO degree, unrestricted DEA license, and board certification or eligibility in Orthopedic Surgery. Malpractice insurance coverage is required.
