Job Description

Seeking a Family Medicine Physician dedicated to providing comprehensive, holistic primary care for all ages.

Perform patient assessments, preventive care, and diagnose/treat illnesses.

Manage chronic conditions, conduct minor procedures, and provide counseling on health and lifestyle.

Coordinate care with specialists and maintain accurate medical records.

Provide pediatric and prenatal/postnatal care as appropriate.

Qualifications: Illinois medical license or eligibility, Board Certification or eligibility in Family Medicine, MD or DO degree.

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm, with clinical and scholarly sessions.
