They collaborate with leadership to manage staffing, census, and surge plans, adapting to service line changes.
Responsible for supporting staff development, onboarding, and fostering a culture of professionalism aligned with ICARE values.
Key duties include problem-solving, maintaining clinical excellence, managing resources and budgets, and promoting employee and physician engagement.
They conduct regular unit rounds, ensure regulatory compliance, and lead service excellence initiatives.
Qualifications include a minimum of 3 years clinical experience, RN licensure, an associate’s degree (bachelor’s preferred), and leadership skills.
