Job Description

This full-time mental health counselor position involves providing outpatient counseling, assessments, diagnosis, and treatment planning for clients with mental health issues.

Responsibilities include individual, group, and family therapy, collaborating with community programs, and conducting mental health screenings and assessments.

Coordinate community training and support groups on topics like domestic violence, grief, and problem gambling.

Maintain accurate records, adhere to privacy laws, and participate in ongoing training.

Work primarily in an office environment with local travel and some outside business hours; may be on-call.

Qualifications: Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related field; licensed or eligible with 2+ years of experience in counseling; proficient in assessment tools and working with diverse populations.
