Job Description

A well-established health organization is seeking a Board-Certified Psychiatrist & Medical Director for their inpatient program.

This senior role combines clinical leadership with direct patient care, overseeing psychiatric evaluations, treatment, and staff development to ensure high-quality, evidence-based, trauma-informed care.

Conduct psychiatric assessments, manage medications, and respond to emergencies

Provide clinical leadership, oversee staffing, and participate in program development

Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and participate in quality improvement activities

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and support staff training

Qualifications include MD/DO with Board Certification in Psychiatry, active medical licensure, and inpatient experience preferred.
