Hand Surgeon Independent 1099

Job Description

Seeking a hand surgeon as an independent contractor to provide on-site care at a healthcare facility. This role involves treating patients during a 4-hour weekly or biweekly shift, complementing your existing practice. The specialist will manage medically complex cases, facilitate return to work, and collaborate with medical and therapy teams for orthopedic and neuromusculoskeletal injuries. Responsibilities include communicating with employers and participating in case management.

Qualifications include experience with work-related injuries, licensure, MD or DO degree, unrestricted DEA license, and Board Certification or Eligibility in Hand Surgery. Must carry medical malpractice insurance. Compensation is based on a revenue share model.
