Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Dental Nurse for an exciting Lead Dental Nurse role at our friendly Hastings practice.

This position offers a balance of leadership and hands-on nursing, with responsibilities including infection control compliance, mentoring trainee nurses, managing stock, conducting audits, and maintaining clinical standards.

No prior lead experience is required as full training and support are provided. You will work alongside skilled NHS and Private dental professionals, gaining diverse clinical exposure.

Benefits include GDC registration paid, funded CPD, and indemnity cover. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 7:45am – 5:15pm, with a competitive salary starting from £29,835/year.

Candidates need at least 2 years of dental assisting, 1 year of dental nursing experience, and valid GDC registration. The role is full-time, permanent, and requires reliable commute or relocation to Hastings.
