Are you an experienced Dental Nurse ready to advance your career? We have an exciting opportunity for a Lead Dental Nurse at our friendly practice in Hastings.

In this role, you will balance leadership responsibilities with hands-on nursing. Key duties include managing infection control protocols, supporting and training trainee nurses, handling stock control, conducting audits, and maintaining clinical standards while working chairside.

No prior experience as a Lead Nurse? No problem – full training and support are provided. You’ll work with a skilled team of NHS and Private dentists and hygienists, gaining diverse clinical experience.

Benefits include GDC registration, indemnity cover, funded CPD, and career development opportunities. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 7:45am – 5:15pm, with a salary from £29,835 annually. The role is full-time and permanent, with an immediate start available.

Requirements: 2+ years dental assisting, 1+ year dental nursing preferred, valid GDC registration, and ability to commute or relocate to Hastings. Responsibilities focus on delivering excellent patient care, ensuring compliance, and supporting team growth.
